A non-refundable deposit of the 25% of the price is required to secure your booking. I work on a first come first served basis. 

I will require full payment when the initial sketch has been done and approved. I will contact you to let you know when I'm getting ready to start.

Payment: through direct bank transfer or Paypal. In case of international payments there may be a transfer fee on buyers expense.

Time of completion: A pet portrait can take anything from a week to a few weeks to complete depending on size and complexity of the drawing. 

I will keep you updated throughout the process and send you photos as I go so you can give me your input and make changes (if possible) before the portrait is complete.

Shipping:  $12 Express tracked shipping within Australia.  International shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

 

 All my artwork is sent with certificate of authenticity and aftercare guide.
